Cunape desde Bolivia
INGREDIENTS
two cups yuka flour (almedon de yuka)
two eggs
one tblspoon shortening
one tblspoon sugar
one tsp. salt
two (more to thickness) cups white cheese
three tblspoon milk
PREPARATION
Add all ingredients together in large bowl
knead with hands for ten minutes until dough is very smooth and rollable
make sure dough is not too runny or flat
roll into cookie type balls and lay on greased pan
they will spread once in oven so keep them about 2 in. apart
cook on 350 for about 15 mins. or until lightly golden!!!!!!
